We're Zenkoders — A Software Agency Built for the AI Era
Founded in 2016, Zenkoders has grown from a 3-person startup into a 50+ person team that has shipped over 500 products for US businesses in healthcare, fintech, legal, ecommerce, and beyond.
How We Started
Zenkoders was born from a simple frustration: US businesses were being underserved by bloated agencies that overpromised and under-delivered. Our founders Ahmed and Usman had experienced this firsthand — both as clients and as engineers inside large consulting firms.
In 2016, they set out to build the agency they always wished existed: small enough to care deeply, senior enough to execute with precision, and structured around outcomes — not billable hours.
Today, we're a specialized team of engineers, AI specialists, and product designers who work exclusively on complex, high-impact software projects. We've shipped products used by millions of people, in industries where the stakes are genuinely high.
